Fern Enters World Bank Competition with Quantum AI

The competition marks a confident step forward in the life of Quantum AI, Ferns groundbreaking AI loan-decision engine.  

August 2021 – Fern Software has now officially entered the competitive landscape with Quantum AI  as they begin rolling out its powerhouse AI-powered loan decision engine. Quantum AI marks another successful launch of Ferns next-gen solutions created on the Salesforce architecture. 

Recent Awards Success 

Fern Software were recently awarded the Platinum Level Innovator Award by Innovate NI, on behalf of the Department for the Economy in recognition of groundbreaking new work with Quantum AI. This is a success the company hopes to replicate again.

Launched in 2018 and now in its third year, the Global SME Finance Awards was established to recognize the commitments and distinguished achievements of financial institutions and fintech companies in delivering outstanding products and services to their SME clients and the SME segment. 

Launching Quantum AI 

Quantum AI is Fern Software’s loan decision engine powered by Salesforce Einstein artificial learning technologies. It can rapidly and accurately determine loan decisions for any financial institution. Quantum AI creates multi-platform online applications that integrate with websites. The approval decision leverages existing data from multiple sources to understand customers’ behaviour. It integrates third-party open banking, electronic signature and external credit checks.  

 Quantum AI promises to see loan volumes increase by over 100% while also driving down operations costs by up to 80%. It can accurately predict a loan with a precision of 92.7%, with a dynamic risk assessment, reducing costs and providing customized loan products.
